At 22:42 UTC, we were notified of increased error rates when accessing the Evervault Dashboard, which led to it being unaccessible for all users.
The root cause was identified as an issue in our linting process as part of our CI/CD process. We were notified within 45 seconds and a patch was published 3 minutes later, after which error rates dropped and all users were able to access the Evervault Dashboard by 22:49 UTC.
