We were notified of increased error rates (specifically 407 Unauthorized) on Outbound Relay in us-east-1.After further investigation, we noticed that a number of requests were not successfully authenticating with E3.Instances were refreshed and coverage was restored shortly afterwards.A patch is in progress to prevent this particular issue occurring again, but we are monitoring Outbound Relay closely to ensure this does not cause any customer-facing issues.]]>Status: Resolved

At 22:42 UTC, we were notified of increased error rates when accessing the Evervault Dashboard, which led to it being unaccessible for all users.
The root cause was identified as an issue in our linting process as part of our CI/CD process. We were notified within 45 seconds and a patch was published 3 minutes later, after which error rates dropped and all users were able to access the Evervault Dashboard by 22:49 UTC.]]>Status: Resolved
